Oenologue consultant au sein du laboratoire Oenoteam, cabinet de conseil et laboratoire d’analyse, Thomas Duclos travaille sur la culture identitaire, le lieu, ce qui le caractérise et doit répondre à des attentes extrêmement différentes d’une propriété à l’autre.

As a consulting winemaker at Oenoteam, a consulting and analysis laboratory, Thomas Duclos focuses on identity culture, terroir, and what characterizes it. He must meet the highly specific expectations of each property, which vary greatly from one to another.

Fondé en 1997 par Alexandra Marnier Lapostolle et son époux, Cyril de Bournet, Clos Apalta est un vin chilien iconique, issu d'un terroir aussi unique qu'exceptionnel. Actuellement, l'équipe est dirigée par Charles de Bournet, le fils des fondateurs et représentant de la 7ème génération. De nombreuses récompenses internationales ont consolidé sa notoriété parmi les "Légendes du Chili", dont la plus récente est la note parfaite de 100 points décernée par James Suckling pour le millésime 2021.
